We've been at Kick Start for a year now and my daughter loves it. She looks forward to attending each class and her confidence has increased.
Martial Arts as a Way of Life
When I first visited the Martial Arts Center about three months ago, I was blown away by the quality of the teaching. Shihan Mike and his staff have a way of encouraging students of all ages to give their best effort and continually challenge and develop themselves. Based on my initial impressions, I enrolled my son (9) and niece (14). I was also permitted to join the adult class for a full month and now I'm enrolled too. While this dojo is certainly capable of helping your realize fitness and self-defense goals, where it really shines is the way it emphasizes character, courtesy and good habits for living. What we gain through martial arts reflects positively in all areas of life.
My two sons have been attending Moohan Sandy Springs location since 1 and half years now. All the instructors are superb. It is very family oriented, and all the children enjoy the instruction, and we the adults love watching them. Highly recommended. Tae Kwon Do in my opinion builds character, strength, and flexibility.
Great for Families!
My 12 year old daughter began taking karate lessons last year. She is already a green belt, and is now enrolled in the black belt program, which she hopes to complete by the time she graduates high school. She and my 6 year old love the summer and holiday camps. Great staff and bonus benefits for parents, like free family sessions and workout room. Highly recommend.
I've been training with Marty Hill at Sweet Science Fitness for more than two years. Both his personal training sessions one-on-one and group classes are incredible. You can expect to be motivated, pushed beyond mental limits and know you'll walk out having a great overall workout. The sport of boxing is a great stress release, it's a mental challenge and extremely fun. Once you start, you'll love it and never want it to end!
