Plumber for Life!
Short and to the point - I found some water in my basement and early Sunday morning, Tim Robinson came to our home, inspected the problem and quickly helped us with a resolution. Apparently, our renovation company failed to properly install a downspout which caused water to run down the side of the foundation and then eventually seep through the concrete. It's pretty impressive how quickly Tim was able to point out the exact cause of the problem and then explain in detail what needed to be done. After everything was checked and written assessment was provided to me in order to motivate the renovation company to fix their mistake, Atlantis Plumbing didn't even charge me for the visit! ...
Good Work, Fair Pricing
I called Pink Plumber and asked to have an estimate to have an existing toilet removed and a new toilet installed (assuming no additional work required). I was advised that an estimate could not be give over the phone. A plumber came to my home (arriving very late in the evening) and gave me an estimate of over $300. Because I knew the estimate to be about twice that of the industry standard, I...
Several companies came out and could not find our tank. Swat came out on time and found the tank immediately. Prices are reasonable and the young men were very respectful and helpful. Afterwards the owner called to make sure I was satisfied. This is great customer service, I would highly recommend!
M.D. Restoration Services went above and beyond to help us get our house back in order after a sewage backup inside our home. It's like it never happened. The entire staff was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company!!!
Honest, thorough, reasonable
Matt Scott recently took care of a hot water leak that was running our water bill way up. Turned out to be a worn out water heater expansion tank, which he replaced. But he found that the added water pressure had also damaged a bathroom faucet, which he also repaired at the previously quoted reasonable price. My wife and I were very pleased with Scott Plumbing of Woodstock, and plan to use them again whenever we have a plumbing issue. Joe S., Roswell, GA
