Did my research and found THE BEST!
We were getting quite frustrated getting quotes for tree care/work that needed to get done in our yard. Some never showed up, did not respond to our messages or wanted to cut something on every tree/shrub! When I called SoutheastTree.com, I was greeted as if I was a long time client! Mr. Colin Dunkley came out and walked the yard with us. He was most respectful of our yard and wooded area - AND - he was not aware it is registered as a Backyard Wildlife Habitat with the National Wildlife Federation. His professional manner and knowledgeable approach was stellar. We have been so happy with his team we have had them come out on a regular basis to maintain /preserve our trees. The...
Experienced and skilled with tight situations
My neighbor has an enormous water oak near our property line about 15 feet from each house. Bill was hired to "raise the canopy" of the tree by removing several of the lowest and biggest limbs that were sticking out way over our houses. There were also electric, cable tv, and telephone lines going through these branches and attaching to my house that he had to work around. Bill climbed way up in the tree to position his ropes, then very carefully tied off each section of limb to be cut and lowered it to the ground. He had a rather complicated rope system so that in some cases he was even able to pull the limbs over and down sideways since lowering them straight down would hit the roof. ...
Great Service at a Fair Price
I had two storm-damaged trees and seven others (pine & hardwoods of various sizes) that needed removal, plus limbing-up of two large hardwoods. I got multiple quotes that ranged between $2300 and $5500 for the work, but selected RPM's $3k quote. The price quote was reasonable, but I was also influenced significantly by Wes's commitment to protecting our lawn in the process. All the other vendors were planning on using heavy equipment as part of the removal process (bobcats, etc.), but RPM proposed the entire removal by hand in order to protect our landscaping. Mind you, all but two of the trees were in our back yard, which created significant areas to be traversed and potentially...
Fast, fair, service
I emailed Treejob.com on a Thursday morning. The rep at the office called me back within an hour and told me that a job site rep could be at my house in two hours. Ponce showed up on time and gave me a fair estimate on major branch removal for a large oak tree. He said they would be able to complete the work within two weeks. I was fine with that. The next day (Friday), Ponce called and asked if a crew could come out that morning. I was thrilled with the fast service. Less than an hour later, a crew of six workers arrived and completed the tricky job in about 2 1/2 hours. This is a great company. This is my second time using Treejob.com and I will continue to do so.
I had some tree work done by another tree service, but they did an OK job. I had a large polar tree that was close to the house and I did not want to trust my previous tree service. I found Top Tier and David cam out and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He assessed the tree and explain what options I had to reduce any risk and we ultimately wound up going with David to remove the tree. When he says you won't know he was there he means it. They did a great job and no damage to the home. He is reasonably priced, meaning you get what you pay for and I would even think he is a value as you can get sloppy work done for less or pay more for same or less work with other services,...
