Under extended coverage through Best Buy my Toshiba TV needed service (for the second time). The clowns that serviced it the first time sound more like the reviews posted here. These guys have called/e-mailed every step of the way regarding appointment time & part(s) status. They gave me a ONE HOUR window and arrived on time. Under the circumstances, they have been very courteous & communicative.
