Our experience with EntryPoint could
Our experience with EntryPoint could not have been better. Mark did a great job guiding us toward the proper selection, without any sale pressure. His knowledge and experience was extremely valuable. During the selection process, the entire EntryPoint team was helpful in answering questions and providing guidance. It was extremely helpful to be able to visit the showroom to see the products. The Iron Door quality exceeded that of their competition, and at the same time pricing was competitive. Finally, the installation team was professional, courteous, thorough and detailed in their work.
I believe this project had
I believe this project had poor communication because we were highly involved with a real estate transactions and could not concentrate on the project details. We enjoyed working with Tom and we miss him a lot. We purchased the wrong hardware for the door and the installer substituted a very inexpensive lock. I think I would have preferred not to have the ten dollar deadbolt lock installed and waited to get one of better quality or allow me to find one at Home Depot or Lowes. I do appreciate the effort with trying to get things done correctly. Everything looks beautiful and the whole area was left clean and neat. I returned the wrong lock and received a partial refund. We waited too...

The sales person was on
The sales person was on time, courteous and responded effectively in areas of his responsibility. Office staff was nore difficult to contact. The material used for the screen room was very good although the sliding doors lack the quality I was expecting for the price. The personnel that installed the materials were very good and knew how to effectively cut and install the pieces to get a great fit onto the house.
I had 7 windows replaced by Quinn Windows. The ordering process was easy. I had all my questions answers, and believe me I ask a lot of questions! I have wood windows and I wasn't going to replace all of them just yet, so I ordered the pvc ones that look like wood. They're not vinyl but another composite. I'm pleased with them thus far. They look like wood and not vinyl so when your'e looking at the house you can't tell the top ones are wood and the bottom not wood. The two guys who came to install them did it over two days. Very nice gentlemen and they cleaned up the place after. So far so good.
