I'm really glad I found a company like iDeviceMD. It was very simple to find them on the internet after I got water on my phone and book an appointment. The guy came to fix my phone when he said he would and delivered what he promised to. In addition, they offer you a lifetime warranty. It's great when businesses follow through on their promises and make it easy on the customer. I'm recommending their iPhone repair service to all my friends. In addition, they also bought one of my old iPods and another old iPhone from me for more than I thought they were worth!
Changed my cell in no time
My cell wasn't working and you know how it is...I had to fix it and fast. I came to this location and they helped me get a new one for free since i bought it there and still have warranty. Thank you for being so nice and efficient.
The reviews below must be lies!!
I can't quite believe I'm reviewing a cell phone retailer, but here I am! I am so sorry for mjohnson1681's experience - because mine (multiple ones, actually, as you will "see") is the exact opposite! Read on for what experience/what-have-you I can share . . . For me, having to actually GO to a cell store is torture. Um, that's what the internet's for. Don't even get me started on the stories I could tell you about the Sprint store in Around Lenox, or one particular experience at an AT&T (or . . . whatever they're called now) post. So when I left my job in May and turned in my company-owned and maintained Treo, I was left with just my Blackberry Pearl. I've been a T-mobile customer...
David helped my wife pick a new phone for not only our 12 year old daughter but for herself. Also made sure everythign was ready to go. Went beyond what was expected.
Great customer service
Thank you so much for fixing the mistakes your cohorts at the Lawrenceville store made. The customer service provided by Kira and the staff was wonderful and made life so much better. From now on it will pay me to drive a little farther to be treated with respect and like I am appreciated as a customer. Maybe this store should be used to teach the others how to do their jobs!
