Travis, the owner, handled the service call for our Kitchenaid Microwave/Convection oven. The oven was under an extended warranty. He called a week or so before the appointment to find out the problem, which was a noisy turntable motor. He ordered the part in advance based on our "joint diagnosis." It was in fact the motor, he replaced it quite quickly, and it solved the problem. He arrived at the early end of the time period he gave me that morning. He was very professional. Not sure about the negative reviews, but mine was very good and will use him again.

Vladimir was friendly and knowledgeable. Our refrigerator stopped cooling. The fan and sensor needed to be replaced. He quickly diagnosed the problem & repaired our refrigerator. Highly recommend them!

Came out, professional, friendly and on-time and fixed the issue as predicted on our Dryer. The referrals provided by Samsung were non-responsive and borderline scam artists. I had Jason come out to my home to service my first generation Maytag Neptune washer. He came when he promised, and he did a great job! I was able to get it repaired for half the cost of a new one, he showed me the damaged part, and it's back up and running! Thank you for being efficient, fast, on time, and under budget! I have AHS and I always request Kenneth Buggay when I have air/heating issues. This last time they were on hold with AHS, which I understand. So, I had to use another company. The company came out and replaced the bad part. Then told me I needed 2lbs of coolant R22 which is getting phased out. They were going to charge me $140 a lb. This didn't sound right, so I declined to have them fill. I then called Kenneth and talked with Ed. He was very informative and said they are charging $80. He also helped explain some other things. I really appreciate that he took the time, even though the ticket was not with them. I am going to call AHS and have my ticket transferred to them when their hold...
