I've been going here for years very good with my dog when other groomers could not groom my dog. Price very reasonable cheapest around.
Much better impression
While I had not been impressed years ago when I visited this clinic, I was very pleased this year (2013)when I needed to take my dog early one Sunday morning. The staff was very kind and helpful and Dr. Hayes was quite thorough in explaining what his tests had found and our different options of treatment and their cost. Emergency care is never cheap but I felt that what we were charged was fair and our own vet later told us that she agreed with everything the emergency doc had done. I'm glad to know they are there, though I hope I won't need them again soon.
Thankful for Sweetwater Creek Animal Hospital
I truely love Dr. Verner and his staff. Dr. Verner makes certain to explain, in detail, the services that he is performing. He cares and takes time with each pet he cares for. You can see is love for pets through his work. The staff are friendly and genuinely care for your pets and their well being. Prices are less expensive that others in the area, facility is super clean, and the care of my pets is superior. Thank you Dr. Verner and staff
I took one of my dogs, Henry, to Westside when I came home from work to find a large puncture wound in his abdomen. I walked in and Jade, the vet tech, kindly got us into triage right away. Dr. Barnes came in shortly afterward, and after a gentle examination, said that she wanted to do surgery to make sure there was no internal damage. Jade came back in with an estimate - $1500 - and I was on my way. When I picked Henry up the next morning, both Dr. Barnes and the vet tech on duty, Danielle, went over everything that they had done, and detailed what care Henry would need during his recuperation. I decided to take him to our regular vet for a few day, and the paperwork was faxed to them...
