I was referred to Dr. Derosa by an ER doctor. I was at the ER around midnight on Saturday night. Dr. Derosa consulted with the ER doctor by phone and told me to be in his office at 8:00am the following Monday. CarlinVision is quite impressive and very efficent. After a short 5-10 minute wait I was ushered to an exam room, where moments later Dr. Derosa came in, did a thourgh exam and prescribed me drops. He was concerned because one of the drops was pricey and questionable as to how much my insurance would cover, so he had one of the nurses find me a coupon. On my follow up visit, I experienced the same professional service.
Very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. This was a great experience. My wife had already been a patient so my expectation level was high. They are also very patient, as it took a while to learn about Contact installation and removal for this slow learner.
Patient-focused eye care
I saw Dr. David Carlin recently at Carlin Vision in Snellville, and I have never been to a more patient-focused doctor's office before. Not only is Dr. Carlin great at explaining the 'how' and 'why' of the exam in patient-friendly terms, but the staff there is extremely polite, and recognize that you are a real person there and not a nameless customer who has nothing better to do than sit and wait an undetermined amount of time for your name to be called. I live north of town, and it is *well* worth the drive to Snellville to receive such outstanding care. It would be nice if other doctors took a page out of Carlin Visions book, it would make a world of difference in the medical...
I went in today to get my glasses adjusted. The service was outstanding and very friendly and professional. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Iwill definitely continue to use this location as opposed to Lenox where I have to wait forever.
Fast, friendly service
I received my eye exam here and the Dr. was so nice and was very thorough in her examination. They had a large selection of eyewear as well, although I ended up going elsewhere for frames.
