As someone who was unhealthy and overweight all of my life, I have tried every exercise plan and diet with only negative results. Great Rehab for an Injury
After I broke my leg, I needed help to go beyond the physical therapy. Michael provided exactly the right service, pushing me hard enough to make sure I regained strength and mobility. After I could keep up with the crowd, I joined one of his 2x/week classes. I enjoy the class (never thought I's say that about exercise) and it is just the right amount of personal attention and skilled training that I need. As I look forward to a potential knee replacement, I will definitely work with Michael both before and after surgery to make sure I get a complete recovery.I would recommend Michael's approach to personal training to anyone - whether or not they have an injury or other physical challenge.
