by Nortwestern had said .. " Then one day I came in and even though I had an appointment they were too busy to do my nails!! I told them I was going out of town the next day and she (the owner) told me ""too bad go some place else"" well I did and my god I was treated like a queen! I now realize what a nail place should be like - I never saw them clean any tools and the funny thing about it is that the little machine that should be sanitizing the tools and should have a purple light I one time saw is not even plugged in! I wish the Health Department could come in and see this place, they would shut the place down"...
