History you can taste
This is one of those places where you pull in to see what they have, and are hooked by the produce as well as the history. Talk to the owners if you are curious about anything Ellicott City while enjoying a snow cone from their antique grinder. They are two of the nicest and friendliest people I have met in Maryland..Real Salt of the Earth. Oh and the peaches are the best too! Get to know this hidden treasure, you will not be sorry.
Worth the drive
Family owned orchard and farm market located along the Susquehanna Trail in Loganville, PA. Home baked pastries, cakes, pies. Fresh produce. Entertainment available at times.
great place to grab various flavors of food
According to my cousin who lives in the DC area this place is a very DC and fun thing to do on a Sunday morning. We went and grabbed some delicious food like tabboli, olives, cheese (must stop at the cheese lady's stand, excellent cheese from all over the world), bread and then make your way to a park for a small picnic. Eastern market has a great collection of veggies, crafts, presents, and delicious food. What was nice it's located near the Capitol.
