My family have been loyal customers since 2000. Throughout the years, we didn't have too much technical problems. When we did, technicians came by, sometimes late, but they did come. Whenever we had to call CS, it was okay, probably cuz we kept it pleasant and civil.
I have the high mid package
Dish offers up 3 or 4 different packages, starting out with the very basic, moving up to the mid and high mid packages, and then finally, of course, their "gold" package or whatever term you'd like to use for getting every channel under the sun. Right now, I have the high mid package, with no premium channels.
Nice small friendly TV repair center
While this store doesn't compete with other stores in terms of "looks", it more than makes up for that in terms of customer service. Very nice people ...
