I would recommend Andrew to anyone! He will look at every aspect of your life. Your diet, exercise, work life and personal life and uses that to formulate a plan that works for each individual. He helps you learn the balance between diet and exercise which will show you the biggest results. He cares about his clients and it shows in the results!! He s the best!
What an awesome program! I have been working out here for 7 weeks and have NEVER done any type of work out in the past. They are extremely helpful and motivating. They make me want to come back the next day.

In just 4 weeks (2x sessions a week), Keith helped me to lose 2 3/8" and 7.5 lbs. Working with Keith gave me the knowledge and motivation to get back into regular exercising. His approach using varied workouts made each session interesting. I learned a lot of great moves, and the proper form - which I had not been doing correctly. Keith takes a personal interest in each client. He was helpful and encouraging on a regular basis, not just during sessions. I also appreciate the flexibility of scheduling - I could not make any excuses with the trainer coming to me! I highly recommend Keith @ Impact Fitness.
