Very helpfull and under standing
Dr. Augenstein is a good kind man that loves pets and takes the time to get to know you and your pet on first name we truly love him and we was short on money and he worked with us he is not in it for money he loves the pets and we love him for that thanks Dr. Augenstein
We have used Dr. Hosket for 4 or 5 years for our cattle.Several times he has went above and beyond what would be expected from a vet. Rolling a 1900 lb cow over to get her out of a dip she had rolled into and struggled so hard to get up she prolapsed. He repaired the prolapse and (did I mention she was pregnant) she delivered her calf 3 mths later without any problem. Always returns calls and here when he says, caring and knows his business, all around a GREAT Vet!
Great Dentist and office staff
I have been to numerous dentists over the years. Dr. Katz and his staff were the best I have ever experienced. Who likes going to the Dentist? Well, they make it about as friendly and pleasant experience as can be. Beautiful office with TVs in the rooms which helps take your mind off of their work. No long wait. Was taken within 5 min of my arriving. Staff are friendly and courteous. Dr. Katz is excellent, as well as his assistants. The work performed has been great so far. I strongly recommend you consider Dr. Katz and Infinite Smiles for all your dental needs. Dr. William Collins
Our veterinarians and staff are the best!
We, like most animal lovers consider our pets to be part of our family. We have been taking our pets to Troy Animal Hospital and Bird Clinic for over thirty years. The doctors and staff have always taken excellent care of our animals. Our concerns and questions are answered with complete knowledge and they go to great lengths to find answers for us. It's so comforting that they have so much empathy for us when our animals are sick or can't live on. We always feel that our pets aren't patients but part of their family. We can't imagine going anyplace else.
Was the best
Unfortunately, Dr. Horton died in 2009. RIP. If there's one piece of advice I can give: Don't go to his "predecessor", Dr. Sowders.
