Just had a remote start put in my car by Octune Auto. I must say in one word professional. From the git go I was treated kindly and with respect. I was told what to expect and it was delivered.When installed I was walked through with the entire working process and several options even, so as I could and would feel comfortable in any situation. Being elderly and with confusion sometimes an issue, I feel confident and would recommend Octune Auto for any type installation they do.
To find an honest mechanic and auto repair shop that is consistently reliable, prompt and genuinely fair is by far a very difficult task. Ive been a client for nearly 20 years now and would NEVER waiver to any other mechanic regardless the need. These folks communicate well and deliver on time and as quoted. Franconia Auto Repair has always taken great care of both our foreign and domestic cars. When I hear friends talk about their car troubles, I always recommend the Franconia Auto Repair with confidence. Life is good when you have people you can trust to do good work and treat you fairly! They are stuck with us forever! :)

I have been dealing with Craig and Matt since I moved to Pleasureville in 1982.They provide friendly extremly competant parts and service at a fair price. Advice is free as one would expect and freely given. you can also buy American only gas there. "I LOVE THOSE GUYS!!" Youse guys will too. tom

I've purchased several items from Eastwood before, as most old car enthusiasts probably have. All of the items so far have been above expectations as far as performance and doing what they're supposed to. I do find that Eastwood's on-line ordering site is less than easy to navigate, and their telephone Customer Service presence is less than spectacular. They sort of .. don't care. "Yeah.. sorry.. we don't DO that" .. I'm underwhelmed, but definately will continue buying from them. They could do a little better, though.
