" \r\rAfter agreeing to paint and install a sideview mirror that we provided, this vendor 1)""forgot"" about the job and failed to order necessary paint until prompted by a phone call from us; 2) met with a delay in receiving the paint but failed to make us aware of the delay; 3) eventually agreed to install replacement mirror unit without painted shell (""We can install it in no time once it is ready"") -- oh, yeah, they had no problem accepting our payment for the install --; 4) finally received paint but (AGAIN!) ""forgot"" about the job; 5) agreed to paint item and install it the next day, but when customer arrived for install at appointed time, no one was there (""had to go on a job out of the area"") and again they had made no attempt to notify us or even offer to accommodate our schedule to get the job finished"...
