I have been going to the gym roughly three times a week for 5 years. While I have learned more than enough (in my 500+ sessions) to go out and train and lead a healthy, active lifestyle on my own, I continue to train here because I am always learning, always challenged and always having a good time. The success of the place is such that it may be hard to get an appointment or training slot at your ideal time, but I encourage everyone who is considering a personal trainer to give this studio serious consideration. I really can't imagine a much better place.

When I met Bud, I had just stepped foot into a gym for the very first time in 30 years!! I didn't have the motivation, was very self-conscious, and was very intimidated by the machines. Bud didn't make me feel like a big fat loser. He is very patient, and knowledgeable on fitness & nutrition. He's super laid back and not your typical "military" style trainer. Don't get me wrong, there were times I whined & said I was tired, & he'd make me drink a Red Bull & get back to working out. Most important, I was very comfortable with him. Ron Lyons Ultimate Body Studio is the best choice if you are looking for a comprehensive nutrition and fitness program. You commit to 20 weeks of their program and in return they will push you beyond what you thought you were capable of. The trainers are fantastic and want nothing more than for each of their clients to succeed. It's not easy, but the rewards are worth every dollar and every hour invested in this program. Been going to this camp for a few months now and it has been great! Greg (our trainer) is very knowledgable and offers the support and encouragement that I need to stick to it. Other campers are very encouraging which makes a huge difference too. I recommend that anyone give it a try, you won't be sorry.
I recently started personal training at this location and it is intense, it is not a walk in the park. If you are determined then this is the place for you.
