They deserve better
With two good and two not so good reviews the Oak Hill Firestone's average is three stars and they deserve better. We have dealt with them off and on for about ten years and have been generally pleased with the products and service offered there more so lately. Good points are store convenience, it's open on Saturdays & Sundays plus they are reliable especially in a pinch if their workload permits. Asst. Manager Ed is a good guy to deal with, takes pride in the Firestone name and is honest about work performed by his crew of technicians. Last year my wife bought new tires from this store and a couple days later a wheel cover disappeared. I called and told Ed the lost cover was apparently...
As a person that knows the difference between any service and the quality service, i must admit these guys are really good. It`s easy to recommend them for their great service.
after Ammco my stang was already converted from R12 to R134 well that wasn't all true. i went to world wide auto replaced R12 hoses and lines basically the whole works. even went the extra mile to wrap one of my lines with heat resistant wrap so it stays cool for a cooler output. now it blows almost ice cubes. i will be back for sure. and will recommend to anyone. thanks christian!
Went in to Firestone Parmer Lane for a set of tires, and was helped by the Manager Jeff Hunter. The knowledge of product and information provided was perfect! After shopping around a bit I realized that Firestone was were I was buying tires. It didnt take to long to get them installed and the whole staff was friendly and helpful while I was there. Hats off to Firestone Parmer Lane!
Best place around
I've taken my cars to 4way since I've moved to Kyle a year ago. The service is spectacular and the people are outstanding. I trust them enough to call them looking for a recommendation for a body shop. You can't ask for a better auto service at any price.
