We absolutely loved Pflugerville Montessori. Our son and daughter had Ms. Ida and Ms. Alla and they were the best! They were patient, loving, nurturing, but also gave that tough love when they needed to. My children are advanced now in their learning and development because of this school. The director, Mrs. Devani is on top of things and makes sure that parents and students are happy. We recommend this school to anyone! Excellent!
Kirby Hall, the school my sons attend, is known for being academically rigorous. My sixth grader is expected to comprehend concepts and produce work of the quality, level, and volume that was expected of me in high school and I attended good schools! The students here are enthusiastic about learning and perform beautifully. I never cease to be amazed at the grace with which they approach challenges and how they really strive to achieve at an ever-higher level. I feel as if we hit the jackpot in terms of a place for our kids to be in school. Nearly every teacher either of my boys has had has been outstanding, both personally and professionally. Most of them are veteran teachers,...
Love Love Love HMS!
My son has attended HMS since he was 7 months (he is now 2 1/2). He loves it and we love it. The teachers are caring and thoughtful, gentle and kind. The Montessori systems allow my son to be who he is and yet give him a sense of safety and structure. The community is amazing. The school hosts regular classes, book clubs, gardening days, and celebrations. I have some of my best mommy/daddy friends through HMS. Facilities are designed with the child in mind, always clean and neat. So blessed to have HMS in our life!
Great environment for Children
Do not let looks fool you go inside Twin Oaks Montessori and see the behaviour of the children. There is not the feeling of "out of control" that is at many day-cares. The children are taught to respect each other, and the adults, and they are treated with LOVE and respect in return. Plus, they learn so much that they will be way ahead of their peers for at least several years after entering grade school.
My son will be entering Accelerated Kindergarten this year. Yes Shoreline has a kindergarten for kids who are already reading or will begin reading at...
