After being transferred to numerous customer service agents (each of whom needed my account #, address, SSN, etc.), I'm told each time that my account balance has been adjusted to zero. A month or two later, I receive yet another bill. Last week, I got a notice from a collection agency regarding my Centurylink "balance". Time will tell whether this is criminal behavior or just extreme incompetence.

I am an IT manager also in charge of telecommunications. My research found that Houston PBX was the best place to go. I called them up and had them look at the current system. They significantly improved our set-up and lived up to their reputation.
