These are a few of my favorite things!
These are a few of my favorite things! Some of the many amenities I enjoy here are the free cable and free WiFi. Really nice! The safe well-lit streets have recently been completely renovated and paved. How nice for my car! Speaking of cars, I honestly can't hear any noise coming from I-71/ Ben White because there are so many bushes and trees all around the perimeter. I love the huge American flag that flies over the park, it shows the owners patriotism in a big way. So very nice! The only thing that's left is getting downtown on the bus and I can get there in about 15 minutes on the #350... and those are a few of my favorite things!
Lackland Mobile Home
Not the worst mobile home park I have lived in... its somewhat messy but the price is hard to beat in San Antonio and the location is favorable. I've seen a couple stray dogs roaming the park, I think they live here haha but they seem friendly enough
Tried and True
The Soul Pad 4000 is an excellent tent to be at home in the woods. It's size and ease of set-up are real pluses. It is a three season tent but this style was effectively thoughout the early western expansion, post civil war. With proper care, it will last many years and it is a character tent, having class that sit it apart. Having been a campground host in the New Mexico Parks system, I believe it is the most comfortable and easiest to live with. I love a lodge"tipi" but for ease a set-up and movement the Soul Pad is hard to beat.
GREAT! Clean, safe, staff is nice - go if you have the chance. We had a great time - food is fantastic.
A great alternative to a driving vacation this summer with gas so expensive. The folks that run the camp are super nice people and so were the fellow campers. Everything you need is right there too.
