cares about customer service
I am a repeat customer because the manager is very helpful in explaining in plain English what work is needed now and what can be done later and why. I'm given the cost of work (which is reasonable) before they do the job. I trust this shop to not take advantage of it's customers.
We have been going to this Firestone for the last 5 years, and they always remember our names, have our cars ready on time, and they even have topped off my oil at no charge. They fixed my flat within 20 minutes one day, and all this with no appointment! Courtney runs the the fron desk, and she provides excellent and fair service.
Consistent good service
I've taken my vehicles to Mac & Jack's for more than a quarter of a century. They have always fixed the problems on time and at a fair price. They have given me good advice on any automotive questions (best used cars from a repair standpoint, for example). And now that I live in Kingston, I still take my vehicles to them. If this was my first service experience with Mac & Jack's, I believe I'd rate them the same as I do after all these years. Nice people, too. Sterling Mac Kinnon

I am a women who doesn't know a thing about cars and took my tahoe into the redmond firestone and hoped I didnt feel ripped off, WHOOO HOOO It was great. I got the store manager and I can tell you why he is great besides dealing with all my question and 3 lines on hold he was calm and patient with me beyond I can say. After he took care of me he took care of the phone lines I saw him give a free oil change away because hers took 30 min I thought that was great and she seemed really happy to.
