I was told by two different shops, one was the dealer, that my tansmission was never fixed. It started slipping within six months of 1st choice rebuilding it. 1st Choice attempted to "fix it" twice without success. When it was repaired by another, more reputible shop, I was told the parts were the original OE parts. The parts did look very old.It is upsetting because they are not concerned with their reputation, losing my car for a week, renting a car, and my paying twice to have one job done properly. I am finding out that this experience is not the unique to this shop. Cheaper is not always better.

My car spent months in the garage with a leaking transmission. I spent days on Google and YouTube and hundreds of dollars on backyard mechanics and it continued to leak. After seeing ad on craigslist i brought the car in and after a few days my car is back on the road! The cost was extremely affordable for a rebuild and no one could touch the price plus a 6 month warranty. This should have been my first choice and will be the next time for any of my automotive needs. My brother also dropped his car off when he drove me to pick up my car and what could have cost him hundreds of dollars only cost him a transmission flush and his car is running strong...and the cost was the best around. I would definitely recommend. Save yourself time and money and peace of mind that your car is in good hands.
