Never actually got a chance to try the food so can't comment on that. I can say that his professionalism is TERRIBLE and that "Chef David" does not value you as a costumer if you are working with any kind of budget. He is rude, unreliable and offensive. If you have an important event DO NOT waiste your time. I have never written a yelp review before but thought it was appropriate to warn other future brides, he is definitely not worth the "discount".

We worked with David for months and really bought into his plan for our event, but after two postponed tastings and a promise to provide a quote he just walked away. He said that he booked another event because we did not give him a deposit when in fact we could have paid him cash if he would have asked. I would not recommend chancing your special event on a caterer that cannot be relied upon...

This Guy is an Idiot.... most potential clients would balk at my statement.. yes I worked with them for months... a number of calls, and emails... They canceled the first tasting, I canceled the second one, the third tasting I did, and the bride showed up 20 minutes late, the groom was a no show, and the mother of the bride kept saying to the bride "are you really sure you want to do this" (get married) everyone knows that if your planning a wedding and you want to book a vendor, you need to put down a deposit... hmmmm six weeks before your wedding and you still did not put down a deposit... Even though this guy is a teacher, I should have brought my crayons so he would understand.....
As we began planning our wedding I came to find how expensive, yet cheap caterers can be. And by "cheap" I mean doing things like serving food from aluminum pans and charging extra for slicing and serving cake. I wasn't about to spend $60 a plate for cheap sevice. Luckily, I found David Fouts at 220 catering when my sister stumbled across a good review for him on Yelp. 220 Catering took care of the catering at our wedding which took place last April, and everything was amazing! Not only did David provide a beautiful, filling spread of seared Ahi and grilled tri-tip accompanied by salads and veggies at an amazing price, he also hooked us up with a delicious taco bar for the rehersal dinner. David not only brought enough people to serve the dinner, drinks and cake, but he and his guys were incredibly professional and helped our day go off without a hitch. I highly reccomend 220 Catering. Seriously, the food tastes as good as it looks in the pictures, and the service is awesome!
