This company could not be worse. The person they sent to my home was completely unethical and abusive of the situation. I had locked myself out of my condo and called to see if they could come to open my front door. I asked very specifically for a price and was told $39 for the service call plus 'labor' charges. When I asked about the labor charges, they wouldn't give me an estimate but told me it was based on the complexity of the job and time it took. When the 'technician' arrived, he told me it would be $39 plus another $210 to open a simple turn lock (no deadbolt, no drilling). He opened my door in under a minute. Apparently his labor is worth $12,000 an hour. He then said he could only be paid in cash and told me that if I didn't have it, we needed to take a ride to an ATM. I immediately called the company, and they said they take credit cards. I felt not only swindled, but also unsure of my safety. It would have been cheaper, safer, and less stressful to simply break one of my windows and retrieve my keys that way. I'll be filing a report with Massachusetts' consumer protection department and the Better Business Bureau.
