I don't know why I keep giving them more chances. My experience never gets better, only worse over the years. The service is abysmal, and management does not care. Staff friendships are more important than the customer.

My girlfriend and I walked in and there wasn't anyone to seat us. We waited for 5 minutes and took it upon ourselves to seat ourselves on the patio. I cleaned the table of drinks and plates and we waited for 15 minutes. A couple of staffers walked by, but no one spoke to us. I finally walked to the bar and placed an order. The, seemingly, manager apologized and placed our order. A few minutes later a female server brought our drinks without saying a word. We sat there for 45 minutes while no one said one word to us. We waited patiently, but then another couple walked in and sat down. The couple sat there for 5 minutes and two different servers walked up to them to take their order. I have no idea why no one would even speak to us. We were sitting in the middle of the patio and they were not that busy. We finally realized that no one was going to ask us if we wanted anything or bring us food so we left.

Sometimes if they are packed you might have to wait awhile for a cocktail, but if you go on an off day, they have great food, nice deck and fun atmosphere. OHH, don't like how smokey it gets inside though and parking is tricky sometimes!

The patio can't be beat for well-weather days. Above average food selections for a spot that seems more bar than restaurant. Lots of veggie options, too. Drinks are good, and service is usually very friendly. When they're busy, it seems they need more staffers on board. But other than that, all is good. I wish they made the inside smoke-free so i'd be more inclined to go there in the winter.
