A-1 Plumbing Services

I previously had a great experience with Steve replacing my sewer line. It was a one day job. I hired him again to replumb a house I bought. My husband and I (experienced renovators) asked him several times if he had other jobs right now or if he could complete the job on a full time basis. He assured us twice that he had no other jobs and would be finished by the weekend, It is obvious he has a day job - he never shows up before 6PM. Several times he told us he would meet us a certain time and didn't show up for hours. Once, it was three hours, the second time I had to chase him down after 5 hours because he wouldn't answer his phone. Steve seems to be qualified as a plumber but is also very comfortable lying to his clients. In addition, we later found out that much of the work was incomplete, and Steve would not come back to fix the problems. At one point, he even claimed he was in jail.

Steve was very prompt and timely. He answered my questions, stated his credentials and experience, gave his quote and then just proceed to get the job done. Steve told me now you have a plumber for life, and I beleive him, I will call him the next time as well as recommend him to all my friends.
