This office prides themselves on giving patients crowns. My family has been going to this office for a few years and all of us have received at lease one crown from them. They are the most expensive office I have ever done business with and extremely rude. I recently called to transfer and wanted to charge me $10 to obtain a copy of my records (which they were going to give me x-rays from 2+ years ago! Absolutely Terrible!!!

I was referred to this office by a co-worker. I have been a patient here ever since. My first appointment was longer than usual, because I had not been to a dentist in nearly 16 years! They did a deep cleaning, which helped my teeth tremedously. I now never miss a cleaning, as the staff member who does it is gentle, yet thorough. My 11 year old LOVES going here, since he gets to watch a movie while his teeth are being cleaned and he has found they are gentle on his teeth as well. Thus far, I have had no issues with this office, or the staff, so I was surprised to read posts here that reflected negative experiences. I have been going to this dentist for a while, and have always had a great experience (for someone who has had some bad dental experiences in the past, mind you). My insurance here has never been in question or a problem, and they always provide me with a detailed bill of what the charges were for, which has our next appointment on it as well.

I have not had any bad experiences. The staff is nice! The one cavity I had did not hurt after it was filled or during the appointment. I was impressed with the new technology, but how they don't overcharge you for it. I had a problem with my insurance company and their secretaries called my insurance company for me and worked it out. I feel that people are so quick to judge badly in America and not enough of us reflect positively! Hopefully you found this review helpful.

Where do I start? My first visit I was so impressed by all of the technology, but the office staff got a thumbs DOWN. Next visit was to do some filling... EXTREMELY COSTLY and painful:( She drilled so far down in the tooth she said she saw the "halo of the nerve"... They said to come back in TWO LONG PAINFUL WEEKS if the pain didn't go away and they would do a bite adjustment... then to give it THREE MORE DAYS... if that didn't work, they would look again THEN refer me to the endodontist:( It was horrible... so I go to get the root canal and come back for my crown, which I should have never donated anymore $ to them... They make the crown in the building, I bite down gently and it cracked... right in half and I almost choked on it. So they send my impression out to a lab for a new crown to be made...B ut they said the next appt wouldn't cost me a thing..... Next appt: they charge me for an x-ray!! Excuse me? You said it wouldn't cost a thing and would be a 30 minute appointment... NOT AN HOUR AND 15 MINUTES... Anyway... PLEASE...PLEASE... STAY AWAY FROM A DENTAL TOUCH AND ALL OF THEIR ROOKIES
