Avoid A Tow like the plague. They are a bunch of lying, cheating, swindling scumbags. They are crooks in every sense of the word. Our car was struck downtown in a hit and run incident. The APD called A Tow (shame on the City of Atlanta and the APD for working with those crooks). The driver was VERY nice, and explained the charges and how much it would cost to get our car to the collision garage of our choice. We asked multiple times and were given the same answer about the cost. After the car was delivered to the garage they payment charges was nearly double what it should have been. When I called for clarification I was met with a rude, ignorant, unconcerned customer service rep. I was given the runaround, made to hold and never got straight answers. I called back later to talk to a ‘manager' who then explained all the additional charges (charges that were NOT mentioned by the driver) - a huge list of ‘add on' BS. I told her the driver never mentioned that and we felt mislead and lied to. She told me she would have the director of the drivers call me - which they never did. Again, avoid A Tow and if the APD say they are going to call them for you, tell them to move on to the next name on their list (if there is one) or call someone yourself. A Tow are crooks and liars and con artists.

My car broke down in the middle of Atlanta and I made the mistake of calling A-Tow to come pick me up. The "professional tow driver" gave me a quote of $125 round trip and told me that I needed to let him take my car back to their lot for the night. Once all was said an done, I ended up paying them over $300 to have my car towed less than 20 miles and it took forever to get my car away from them! If you MUST be towed, stear clear of A-Tow. They're terrible.
