bought new honda mower from them in 2012. Wasn't starting and took in and they told me needed new carb due to fuel damage. Complained to Honda Corporation as was still well within warranty, took back to dealer and they fixed it. Seems to start up now.

I took my lawn mower into the shop in Roswell Georgia for an inspection. The staff were very helpful and congenial in their review of the problems I identified. Within a few days they completed the work and the costs were reasonable. I would have no hesitation to recommend them. In fact, I am planning to have them look at a line trimmer which has been hard starting.

I have taken my Honda Lawn Mower to be winterized here for the past three years. They have always been courteous honest and dependable on each of my visits. I wouldn't take my business anywhere else.

Brought my Honda CRX mower for service. It was serviced and ready exactly when they said it would be. They overcharged what they quoted me on the phone and without any hesitation, honored the original verbal quote at a lower price. Very cool.

Took an echo blower in for service that had less than 3-5 hours on it. Use only 91 gas octane according to their ( Echo )direction with a stabalizer. They charged me $38.00 to fix a very poor running machine. Upon arrival home started the blower and was surprised it was as bad as when I put it in for service. Either they did nothing or didnt try it after what ever they did. Took it back the first thing the next morning and left it again. According to them it need extensive carb work. Wanted $80-$90 dollars extra and said the warranty would not cover it. Remember this had only 3-5 hours on the engine. Wife told them NO as I would take back to Home Depot. Can you beleive they wanted to charge her $40.00 more for looking at it even after they charged me the first time and did not even fix it. BAD service as far as I am concerned. Sad cause I thought I could use them for all my power equipment but NO chance now!!!!

We do apologize for your bad experience. If we charged you twice for the diagnostic within 30 days, then that is our fault and we'll be glad to refund you the extra diagnostic charge. As for the carburetor, it is Echo that determines whether something is warranty because they only cover manufacturer's defects. They say that if it's a manufacturer's defect, it would show up within the first 30 days therefore carburetors problems are not covered beyond 30 days by Echo. With the government mandate of Ethanol in gasoline, we've seen an increase in carburetor related damage due to ethanol that is not covered by warranty, especially if you've only used it a few hours over the course of a year or more. The stabilizer helps minimize the damage, but it doesn't not eliminate it completely.
Mr. Dinh runs a nice shop, selling the two brands I prefer, Echo and Toro to keep my yard in shape. All the guys seem meticulous and don't mind doing a bit extra to keep the customer happy. I'll go back for blade sharpening, parts and any adjustments to my tools any time!

I took my ExCell 2100 PSI pressure washer to have the pump looked at. It would not hold pressure. Without any examination I was told it would cost $300-$700 for a new pump. I only paid $300 new. I took it down the road to a mom and pop shop, changed seals and works GREAT! AA has no customer service and doesnt know what he is doing! I now find out my neighbor had the same problems with them repairing his mower! My neighbor also feels ripped off !

Columbo, We do apologize for your bad experience. In general we do not rebuild those lower end unit pumps because they are rated for about 20 hours as you can see in this article. http://www.consumersearch.com/pressure-washers/how-to-buy-a-pressure-washer . When we repair things, we want to repair it properly and guarantee them for 90 days to save our customer headaches later on. We have rebuilt them in the past only to have them come back with other problems. According to the article: "Axial cam pumps and even cheaper wobble pumps are usually just replaced when they wear out or break. They're used on pressure washers designed for light homeowner use -- about 20 hours a year or less. They're sometimes advertised as "no-maintenance" but this really means they're not cost effective to repair.." As the result we have set our policy not to repair those lower end pumps. ---- Also you didn't get the unit repaired with us and we didn't charge you anything so I'm not sure what you would base your conclusion on that "AA has no customer service and doesn't know what he is doing". If your neighbor has an issue with the repair on his mower and "feels ripped off!", we do ask for the opportunity to make things right now him. Please have him come by and let us what his situation is and how we can make it right for him.
The team at AA power know their equipment. Have had my lawnmower and blower serviced there and have been very pleased with the service, communication during and after service. The time taken to repair both items was within my expectations and price was fair. Will continue to use going forward.

I have a Sears Craftsman [Toro] self propelled 21" mower that is ten years old. I'm very hard on lawnmowers. I've had this mower to several places in East Cobb for repair and routine service over the years. You know who they are. No disrespect to those vendors, but I'm afraid they don't hold a candle to these guys. I had the pull cord replaced and routine seasonal service done. The price was more than fair. The turnaround time was two days. (not 3 weeks) The mower looks and runs like it is 5 years newer. The customer service and treatment I received was better than most places of business today. It was like a breath of fresh air. I can't say enough about how positive the experience was, and how professional these people were. I will never take my mower anywhere else, and I highly recommend AA Power.

My chainsaw would not remain running, so I took it to AA Power Equipment......it was repaired perfectly and returned after only 4 days. I am ready to tackle a forest with my newly repaired chainsaw. Great job and knowledgable staff!! 1st class all the way.

Been very happy with the work they have done for us on several pieces of equipment. They tuned up edger, blower and mower that had been in storage for 4+ years when we lived overseas.
