Botched repair of a JennAir cooktop. Igniter on 1 burner didn't work. Took part with him, said wouldn't be able to come back for 3 days, then called the next day to schedule an earlier return. Agreed to appt on following but he was so late had to reschedule appt for 2 days later. When in the house, not careful of property and on his cell phone constantly. Either incorrectly installed, or shorted out, the new igniter, plus also left a wire disconnected. His price is very high but decided to hire a different repair service rather than have him back in my house. It's obvious now that he had no idea how to complete this repair. My advice, call JennAir for a recommended service/repair company.
