ABRA provides state-of-the-art repair technology, is committed to maintaining the best attention to both vehicle and vehicle owner. ABRA's technicians are the most highly trained in the damaged vehicle repair industry. All ABRA-Georgia repair centers employ a General Manager, a Customer Service Manager, and a Customer Service Representative.
After getting a quote for over $5000.00 on our car at another body shhop, imagine our delight when we heard that we could dominimal repairs for a little over $800.00. We opted to get additional work done and the total was barely over $1300.00!! Patti Howell, the Service Mgr. worked well with us getting great parts at after factory prices. She went out of her way to help us and made many calls. She was extremely polite and thoughtful and listened to what we needed and hoped to do. The car looked terrific after Abra worked on it and Patti even came out and got some of the scuff marks off of the car herself. Work was completed almost a full day before estimated. It would make life so pleasant if more people we do business with were like her. She is a credit to the repair industry. This is our second excellent experience with Abra since another vehicle had been worked on and repaired a year or so ago. I highly recommend both Abra and Patti Howell. Sincerely a very satisfied customer, Marcy B-Glass

Steve and Grant took great care of me. I was in and out and they stayed late just for me. My initial work (bumper) took less than a day with wonderful results. I then decided to get the tailgate repaired and that too was completed in a matter if hours. Car came out looking good as new. Amazing customer service that I received is not common in this industry. I would recommend and use them again for any of my auto body/glass repair needs.

My truck has been to ABRA 3 times now and they just can't get it right. Had hail damage, when I got my car back still had dents, overspray all over it, scratches that were put in car at shop and then cleared over. A very poor job, but they offer a good warranty. I've now brought it back three times and it hasn't gotten much better. I wouldn't rate abra any better than MAACO and maaco is a hell of a lot cheaper.

I made an appointment for the technician to meet me at the office. We started off on the wrong foot after he had me paged and left after about 5 min when I didn't respond right away because I was in my bosses office. He didn't bother calling my cell number which was on the work order. Called the main office and had him come back. The technician had some trouble getting the old glass off, but did a good job that was protected by a good warranty.
