When I had to have hail damage repaired on my car, I took it to Abra and a representative from my insurance company worked here and took care of the entire insurance process. Enterprise was on location, so I just dropped my car off and got in the rental. Then, the repairs were done in 2 days and I received constant updates from Abra and the Donnie who was managing my car. The work was great, and I have a piece of mind knowing it is warranteed as long as I own the car. It was great to have everything in one place and the work was done quickly so there was no hassle for me. Most importantly, the work was done well and I haven't had any issues with the repairs.

I recently had my vehicle repaired at Abra Buckhead (per my insurance's referral) and it was a very poor experience overall. Abra advertises expedited collision assessments/repairs but that was not my experience. (My vehicle was in their shop for five days for minor repairs and it took over 48 hours just to get an estimate.) They also advised that their local car rental company, Enterprise in Buckhead, would pick me up upon drop-off, which never happened. After waiting a prolonged time period for Enterprise's arrival, I received a "courtesy" ride to Enterprise by an Abra mechanic only to find that there were no vehicles available for rent! I was literally stranded. When I called Abra back, to explain the situation, they weren't very helpful and I had to call another rental company and arrange another pick up. Abra's customer service and billing departments were also disappointing. I was misbilled (both deductible and the total bill) and had to make a second visit to their shop just to "settle up" due to their error. (Again, poor customer service. I wasn't even given a receipt reflecting the work order.) I won't be utilizing Abra's services again.

I've used Abra twice in the last 6 months for a crack and chip in my windshield. Each time I've used them, both the office staff and technicians have shown an unusually high quality of customer service. When they were waiting on a new windshield to arrive for my car, the office called me each day to give me an update without my asking. And when I had to take my car to a location other than where I had told them when I scheduled the repair work, their technician even traveled outside his area to take care of me. They are a very professional business and I highly recommend them.

They repaired the front of my BMW (twice because I did the smae dumb thing to it twice!!) and it looked like new. Awesome job. Very attentive customer service.

I could tell this was a high quality place when I first went to get an estimate. Glenn Whittenberg did a thourough inspection and gave a good price. The work on the car was great! It was as if the damage was never there. Friendly and professional staff. Highly Recommended.

Needing to have body work done is not a pleasant experience. But, these guys were wonderful to work with and did a great job. The repairs were done in a quick time frame and the staff were all courteous and friendly.
