The owner was less than helpful. We had completed a bond with her in March, by May the case was over. We exonerated the bond and she never gave back our collateral. The management is poorly trained and under educated. One member of the staff was less than professional when dealing with exoneration documents, customer service is a unknown term to the staff. This whole thing was a complete night mare. I was due a refund but never got anything. I don't have money to file a law suit so they just hurt the customer. The one time I need this service, this happens.
