*NOTE THAT GOOD REVIEWS ARE FROM WHEN AMLI OWNED THE PROPERTY!Reserve took over towards the END of 2010*The Reserve did not take over until about the middle of my lease. Ever since I moved into the property,I have had a problem with water leaking. When Amli managed the property, any damages I would report, they would come out and fix immediately. But with the Reserve, it was a different case. They would spray something and then literally PAINT over the mold, and say that it wasn't mold, its mildew and that it wasn't hazardous. The maint. manager is extremely rude. He got mad at my room mate bc she made him remove the actual piece of wall that had mold and replace it. He thought spraying it was sufficient. I guess the maintenance had a specific problem with us, so when we moved out they charged us out the butt! I was charged $1000 after I moved out. The charges were absurd. They claimed that the carpet had to be replaced(we had our own carpet cleaner and used it to clean the carpet),that the tubs had to be resurfaced for $200 (the tubs are old and were not updated in the remodeling of the apartments). **check complaints about the management company (Riverside) before signing a lease please! Since the Reserve took over the quality of people has deteriorated and so has the appearance of the property. They also did not have a permanent maintenance staff when I was there, so random people had access to the apartments. AND my electric bill was always $100-200 for 2 people.

The person who says this property does not deserve the AMLI name must be mistaken. I personally LOVE that I get to look at nature and beautiful old trees and landscaping that make me feel as if I am somewhere other than the middle of the city. The best thing about this property is that every view is of landscaping and not cars or parking lots! There are even palm trees on the property which make it feel alot like the tropics. Of course we are in Georgia which definately does have bugs; but there is pest control out every friday controlling the seasonal bugs. I have never seen a roach or anything huge like this person says. Maybe the staff used to be this way back in 2007 but there are new people in the office and on maintenance now and they couldn't be more friendly or helpful and understanding. The manager is always willing to right a wrong no matter what. If you are considering this area of town you have to check out AMLI at West Paces you won't be disappointed! The location is bar none! close to midtown, vinings and in buckhead! You can't ask for more shopping and the best school district around. Check out their website for better pictures and pricing.

This community is absolutely awful. They have the biggest bugs I've ever seen and the landscaping is something from the rain forests in south america! I had to submit the application and all other requirements virtually b/c I was moving in from out of state. I moved out w/in 3 months. There are a lot of college students here and the noise is RIDICULOUS! I felt as if I lived in a dorm in the middle of a rain forest w/huge bugs that would come into my apt daily. The service was mediocre but the staff is only focused on renting more apartments; not maintaning the current renters expectations.
