We had OK experiences with the staff, but the owner is just a miserable and unprofessional person to deal with. Twice when I was there with my two year old, I had to chase the owner down for colors, and have her come out with the next color with her lunch in her hand (one time) and on the phone (another time) The reason for THIS review is we had two pieces of pottery that we forgot to pick up. I received a voicemail saying that if I did not pick them up by Friday, they would be thrown out. When I went to pick up the pieces on Friday, the shop was "unexpectedly closed" to assist an artist. When I finally reached the owner on the phone, she said that I had one week to pick up my pottery and it had been thrown out. There is no mention of this policy on the receipt, and when I asked her why I received the message, she said, "Well, I have your pieces but they should have been thrown out." I asked her to ship them, and she asked me to call her back with my credit card number because she was busy. I am not sure if she gets that customer satisfaction makes a business like hers run, but I am warning all parents out there that it is difficult enough to deal with a toddler, paint and pottery. Having to deal with the owner makes this a pass.
