VERY LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The associate did not even ask me to leave my name, phone number, shots updated, etc. or what services to do to my dog! The owner obviously does not know how to run/manage a business. My dog came back with gouged fur, uneven! Horrible customer service! DO NOT TRUST AARDBARK WITH YOUR BELOVED PET!!!

I absolutely love this grooming shop. They listen and did exactly what I asked them to do to Spike. He loves going there, they were friendly, and everything was clean. Highly recommend to anyone with a dog they love!

Took my dog to Aardbark and 4 weeks later she has RINGWORM! She is a only dog, and does not "mingle" she is very shy this IS the ONLY place she could have got this. Trust me, I do not write negative reviews unless warrented. I depend on reviews to make good choices for me and my dog. I know my dog, I know Everywhere she goes. I am Livid! A high cost of the grooming and a vet bill to get this taken care of....I would not take my dog to this place. obviously they are not clean. She was the first dog of the day so it is not like the dog before her had it and they used the same clippers. NO... it was from leftovers. YUCK! No thanks Aardbark! Not only that but they RUINED her Coat. there is a HUGE patch near her tail that will not grow back. Mange?? Seriously my dog was perfect before I took her there! Please if you love your pet go somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!

I wish you would have contacted us regarding your situation. I spoke to my vet, whom we groom his dogs, and searched the internet about Ringworm. The incubation period for ringworm is 10-12 days. We disinfect our blades, and tables every evening in a solution that prevents diseases to spread, as well as in between every client. We also get pest control monthly, as well as checking every animal when he/she enters the shop for observation of any sign of skin problems. Again sorry about your situation, and as sad as it is, sometimes people are too quick to judge and find fault in any dog grooming establishment for the blame of problems with their pet. We have a very established business with a high rate of satisfaction, most people that are happy will continue to return and tell their friends and give us referals, and we continue to grow daily and have a high rate customer satisfaction. It is too bad that most people don't post on any site for good work, only when they are not pleased or find fault with the service or think that business are to blame.
We have been going to Aardbark for 5 years. My little guy has never had a problem there. As a matter of fact we now have another Shih Tzu and she will also be going there. We use to live in Gilbert and now are near Queen Creek and I make the drive because I know that my babies are taken very good care there, thanks to Shelly.

That was NOT a bogus review. However it has been quite a few years since (7-8?) we have gone back to your establishment. Perhaps before you were the owner? We never returned to your establishment after this happened. Again, NOT bogus, this did actually happen. Our dog was ok a few days later, we just didn't appreciate the way it was handled.

This is a bogus review. I (the owner) have contacted all my clients that have a dog named Chance, and nobody claimed to have wrote this review. I also spoke to all my groomers as to anyone speaking to a client on the phone regarding the above conversion, again it did not happen. There seems to be some back biting going on in this town in the Grooming Industry. If you have any ??? regarding this matter, please feel free to contact us at email@example.com, or 480-497-5707. THanks.
