We had a new heating system installed by Aarden Air in 2007. In November of 2015 we called for service because it was not working and the rooms in the house were very cold. I reached them and they said they were very busy but that they would get back to me as to when they could send someone out. After a week of non-response, I called again and reached Rita who informed me that they could get someone out to me in the Spring of 2016! I thought I might have misheard her so I tried to clarify and she indeed confirmed that they could not get someone out to help with our non functioning heating system until the Spring of 2016. I was so taken aback that I just said thank you, hung up, laughed and called another firm to help us.
