I have brought my cat here a few times over the years for regular care and special problems. The techs were very good. The front desk was adaquate. Doctor Kile, however, always acted rushed. Even when we were the only ones there. He did not ask many questions during exams and he did not seem to want to take the time to find out the root cause of problems.

I have taken my dogs to Dr. Kile for 25 years. He ALWAYS diagnoses any problems almost immediately and without expensive tests. I have had to take my dogs to the emergency vet on weekends where they ran a bunch of expensive tests and never diagnosed their problem. When Monday came, off to Dr. Kile who resolved the problem right away. If you want a great vet who won't break the bank for you but will give great care to your pet, Dr. Kile is your guy. If you want charm and bedside manner, he isn't The techs are great, too, and the turnover is very low. I highly recommend Aashne.

Dr Dean Kile treats our pets with great competence and care. We have two cats who can go outside through their own cat door. They have had inexplicable things wrong with them from time to time. Dr Kile is able to get to the root of their problems fast. One cat had a cut tongue (from perhaps chewing an electric cord!) and another had an embedded claw nail in the top of her paw (from another cat!). In both instances, Dr Kile figured out the problems quickly and efficently. His vet office is in a neighborhood in Mesa where we used to live, and we now live in Tempe, but we always go back to his vet office because he is so experienced and reliable. Plus, we can get in to see him relatively quickly. His office is "no frills", but I like that because I don't need to pay a lot extra for frills as we did for awhile at another vet office in Tempe.

I brought my dog in and everyone was very friendly, except the Dr. Kile. He barely said hello and ran into the room and was out in less then 5 minutes. There were no other animals in the hospital either! I was extremely disappointed, and probably will not return.
