I have been coming here and we have received the worst service you could think of. This veterinarian is unprofessional we had our pet here for surgery and the cat got an infection. the Dr. Waller was rude and told my wife there was nothing wrong with the cat. we are now headed to another clinic. They have cheap prices but you get what you pay for. Very upset pet owner!

We had bought a puppy from a pet store in Kennesaw and received a free vet visit to this clinic. When we walked in my puppy had red eyes and runny/bloody stool. The rundown unprofessional clinic/doctor told me my puppy was fine and walked out of the room. Later, I received some sort of cocktail of medicine I am positive he just threw together to get me out of his clinic. I immediately took my puppy to MY vet and I was told he had an upper respiratory tract infection and giardia! My puppy still wasn't improving a week later so we took him back to MY vet and he was tested for distemper. When Dr. Waller caught word of this he insulted my vet and threatened to take my vet to the board for malpractice. The test results came back positive for distemper and of course Dr. waller's clinic came up with an excuse for why he doesn't have it. Never will I ever go back to this clinic, and if I could find a way to shut this place down I would. Awful, Awful, Awful!!

Great vet. great prices, but do not expect a fancy office. the receptionist is also a vet tech and everyone does everything. their first focus is the animals, not the people, which in my book is who it should be. they are different from any vet I have ever used before,, more like the old fashioned farm vets. a welcome change to the corporate vets nowdays

I have to say that, Abundant isnt the greatest in show! I have a few pets & each time I have been in need of spay or neutur I go to Abundant! Thanks to Dr Waller, who has found away to keep the cost low! It's nice to know he's working for our pets & the owners to keep cost low..P Butler

We took our puppies for their shots and could not ask for a more friendly Dr and staff. We did not have a problem as far as the office its not a mansion but there again I was not looking for a mansion. The dr explained everything that we needed to know and answwered all of our questions. I did not find anything wrong with his office

Readers, as you consider your pet's care keep this in mind. People typically share their comments on sites like these when they've had an experience from either one extreme or the other -- very few in between. Those commenting on here are the vocal minority. Dr. Waller has many many many customers who are very satisfied or he would not still be in business. A rating of 5 stars would imply perfection or great satisfaction in all areas. Do I feel that is earned? No. There's plenty of room for improvement. But the quality of work and care, the service that MY PET gets (not me -- I'm a grown up and don't feel the need to be coddled) and the prices charged = well-rounded value.

At the reccommendation of my boss I took my 16 year old furry daughter there because her breath was bad. I thought she may have a bad tooth so I scheduled a dental for her. I had to wait 7 minutes for anyone to greet me and it wasn't a very friendly one at that. I signed a waiver and that was it, no other paperwor, they didn't ask ANYTHING about my pet and she was just going to snatch my very fragile kitty and go. I stopped her long enough to say goodbye to my baby and left. When I picked her up the receptionist said the doctor wanted to talk to me about my baby's bloodwork. So I finally met the doctor and he basically told me that my baby was in renal failure and gave me the impression that she could die at any minute. I was devestated. I had to ask him what I could do for her, he was just going to let me leave. I was SHOCKED when he told me they couldn't put her under because of her bloodwork so did the dental with her awake. (After some research I discovered cats in renal failure have horrible breath, so it wasn't her very few teeth at all, I would have NEVER agreed to the dental if I knew the results of her labs)So first they didn't call to tell me about her bloodwork, THEN performs the dental on my 4lb,fragile, AWAKE, scared princess. This proves he was in it for the money not the best care of my baby. I find an awesome vet to take her to where she is on medication and doing very well. The records Abundant sent my new vet weren't even correct, HORRIBLE VET!!!
