I was Leary after reading previous reviews but was pleasantly surprised how fast they fixed my refrigerator and for less than half the cost of a new one and on top of that gave me a one year parts and labor warranty... Thanks ACE and thanks Steve...

Jeff, with Ace Appliance Repair, repaired our nonfunctioning dishwasher in a short time period after our call and at a very reasonable price. Not only was the repair excellent, but Jeff took the time and trouble to explain the inside workings of dishwashers and how to obtain the best results when using them. I will never call a different appliance repair company in the future, and I'll try to schedule Jeff for the work.

We have a dishwasher that sounded like it was running, but it obviously wasn't getting the dishes clean. Ace came out and diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and had it installed within a couple of days. There was a problem, however, when the debit card payment was processed. For some reason the bank was declining the charge because of a bad address. But when I logged in to my account it showed the charge was accepted. Confusing. We called the bank and found out they still had a three-year-old address on that debit card and it had never been updated to our current address. So it was the bank's fault. When Ace first called us about the declined charge, the employee's attitude made us feel like it was our fault and she didn't want to believe we were giving the correct address. Several phone calls occurred between us, the bank, and Ace. After finally finding out the bank had the wrong data, she was much nicer. So in short, great quality and value but not so good phone manners when there is a problem with the payment.

It's a Thanksgiving nightmare to have your oven break right before the big day. Joel was able to come out the day before Thanksgiving (just one day's notice) and quickly diagnosed my problem - a bad control board. Unfortunately he had to order the part because it's pretty specialized, but as soon as it came in he came back to install. Now we're good as new. He was great to work with, and I was so thankful.

The repairman came at the time he said he would and the communication from the shop was great. Parts had to be ordered for my dryer and the turn around time for the repair was excelled. I have used them a couple times and would reccomend.

I have a Jenn-Air radiant cooktop that i broke the glass on. i ordered a new glass top from a replacement parts outlet, and asked ACE to put it in for me (because my hand is in a cast). They refused unless they ordered the part. I guess they couldn't get a nice markup on the part - or were afraid I'd ordered the wrong part. Thanks for nothing.

After accurately diagnosing and fixing the immediate problem, a secondary problem resurfaced. Ace came back out VERY quickly and solved the problem without an additional charge.

I had ACE Appliance come to my home for a free standing ice machine. Joel, the owner, said he would have to order the necessary part in order to repair the situation. I asked for a follow-up call letting me know when the part would be in, and to schedule the repair. A week went by, no call...so I called the number listed above, and was greated by a screaming child in the background, and his wife on the other end of the phone. Are you not able to afford a business line?? I inquired as to the status of the part-never ordered! I again asked him to order, and was told, "sorry, will do first thing in the morning". I again had to call to follow-up, and again was greated by the wife/child answering service. Long story short....5 weeks later, no part, no repair, and no phone call to advise otherwise, despite multiple calls on my end!! Who out there has time to track down a lazy appliance repair man who can't afford a secretary/business line? WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE-TERRIBLE SERVICE!

This technician (Joel) knows everything about everything! I called Ace Appliance to fix the Ice Maker in my freezer, and after talking with him he had diagnosed all of the little problems I had been having with other parts of my Refrigerator, Washer and Dryer, Hot Water Heater and also made great suggestions on what new appliance brands to buy when I was replacing my Dishwasher and Trash Compactor. He seems like an all-around good guy and has always been very eager to help. This guy really knows his stuff and is friendly as well.

I called at 5:45p to get my gas dryer repaired. No heat. The guy was very casual and said that he couldn't come by tonight because his wife was coming over and was going out to dinner with her!!! So much for 24 hour emergency service!!!
