I occasionally use shuttle services to Phoenix and this outfit is the worst I've ever experienced. On a June 2015 shuttle from Sedona to Phoenix, I was the last to be dropped off. Rather than take me to my stop, the driver had me first sit in the van while he went to renew his certificate at an airport office. After more than a half an hour he came back to the van to tell me that he had to get a sandwich for himself before dropping me off. After Subway he said it was now too late to take me to the stop. He would have to pick up arriving passengers first. It was a scene from a bad movie. A very long bad movie. My next step was to call the dispatch. The dispatch heard all about the ordeal and called the owner to relay the circumstance. No refund, no ride was offered. Really poor customer support if you have an issue like I did. I finally hopped out of the van in the cell phone lot at Sky Harbor (103 degrees) happy to be out of that van with that driver and his sandwich. Ruined my family's evening plans. Buyer beware. Better to go with another outfit.
