    Never Unhappy!

I don't know if the other reviewers are thinking of a different doc or what but Dr. Acevedo has had both of my children since their birth and I have never been disappointed. The whole office knows us by name and she always makes sure that we're comfortable with treatment and makes sure that we understand everything. When she's on call she always gets back to me in less than 5 minutes. I have no complaints!!

    Totally Agree

I totally agree with the other review. It is impossible to get in when you are sick. I mean what a concept, go to the Dr when you are sick. I have also been given the ER excuse. That is why I have a PCP so I dont have to go to the ER!Everyone in the office is rude except for one of their 1 Medical Assitants. They really do not care about you at all. I am glad to have found a new Dr.

Dr Acevedo was my primary care physician from the moment I moved to Arizona & I have regretted it ever since. Thank god I changed my insurance so I can now change doctors. You can never get into her office when you are sick. I called in Dec 07 to make an appt for an annual physical and was told they aren't making appiontments for that until April. Recently I was ill, I called to make an appt and was told that the next appt they had was 8 weeks out. I asked What if I had something growing out of my head? What then?? The person on the other end said that I would need to go to the emergency room. When I stated that I will have no other choice than to pick another Dr., the response I got was "if that's what you need to do, then it is up to you" Which basically translates to "So what, who cares". Do yourself a favor and GO TO ANOTHER DR. This one is not worth it!
