By the time Karen left I knew so much about the Ackerman System. I have had other systems before but never understood how they worked. I understood why I needed what I was receiving. Usually sales people just tell you what they want to sell you. I would not only recommend Ackerman but Karen along with it.
I've been an Ackerman Security Systems customer for a year now, and I have received astonishing service. I referred Ackerman to all my family and friends. I would like to thank Ackerman representative Royal Knights for getting me setup and making it a great experience.

Great service! One of Ackerman Security representatives Roy Knight came to my home to quote me for services. He actually took the time to call and research the equipment that was already placed in my home to make sure it was Ackerman compatible, which saved me $100! I was thankful and grateful! Thanks Roy you ROCK!

Ackerman's team is its top strength. Our sales rep and technician were professional, timely, great communicators and serious about quality control. We also endorse Ackerman for its exceptional value. They deliver great service and reliability against competitors who charge more because they budget millions on broadcast and print marketing. Check it out if you doubt. Kudos to the Ackerman Team!

I shopped around to different security system providers and decided with Ackerman. The price and service was what made my decision. The sales rep Phyllis John was great and gave options to what fit my family needs. Thanks Eric M.

I was recently on the search for security for my elderly parents. I wish I would have called Ackerman first! After wasting two days with other pushy, uninformative and confusing companies, JW Bampton with Ackerman solved my problems. JW's presentation was easy to understand and answered all of our conserns. After the system was installed my parents and myself are now at ease thanks to Ackerman Security!

Called on 7/31 in AM for service after discovering my tenants had switched the monitoring to Comcast (something that Ackerman didn't bother to tell me, so I kept paying the Ackerman bill). I was told the first avail. appt. was not until 8/5, but was PROMISED a scheduling supervisor would call me back within a couple hours. Well, that call never came on that Friday nor at anytime over the weekend. I gave them a call again on Monday AM and spoke to an Emily, who apologized that no one had called me and then said for the SECOND TIME that she would have a scheduling supervisor call me within a few hours to work me in. 6+ hours went by and never heard from anyone, so I called again. The THIRD time I called, I was transferred to a supervisor who told me that, despite what the previous two customer service people PROMISED me, that no one would call me unless an appointment opened up (I told her that would have been nice to know previously and that's the first I had been told that). She did not offer to move my appointment up to a time that worked for me or my wife, even after I told her that this had been going on since Friday AM and had been told by the two previous CSRs that somemone would call me back, but never did. The fact that Ackerman has been collecting my money, while another provider monitored my system for months just aggrevated me even more. Terrible customer service from a company that's literally 500 ft from my house...not a nice way to treat your neighbor!
Dustin, I apologize fore any miscommunication. The process is to schedule an appointment for an available date based on the call type and if an opening occurs sooner we contact the customer to see if their schedule accommodates the opening. We scheduled the appointment but perhaps did not make clear a call would follow only if an opening exists. I will review the phone calls and take the steps to insure this does not reoccur. I recently switched from another security company to Ackerman. The experience from start to finish has been nothing but outstanding. My sales rep was Mr. Junior Lawrence and he was wonderful in answering all my questions and working around my schedule to get service installed. We are happy with the service and look forward to maintaining a long relationship with Ackerman..
