We dropped off two cars at two separate times to have repaired- one thru insurance, one not. Both times, the cars were not ready when we were told that they would be. The second time, it was not ready for over two weeks, for relatively minor body work (bumper and quarter panel). Overall, we were delayed 5 times, and not once were we contacted about the delays. We even had to prod them to get us a rental car when their delays caused us a major inconvenience- something a better body shop would have taken care of. Jim (owner) was haughty and short with us, and prodded us to give him a good review with our insurance company, despite the fact that he was embarassingly late and the work was subpar overall. Go elsewhere in North Cobb/Cherokee and you'll get better service!!

I have a Chevrolet Trailblazer with a premium red paintjob. After being hit by another car in the back, my local car dealer recommended this shop. I am always skeptical of anyone in the car business. However, this business exceeded my expectations. They did a flawless repair, and in fact, they pointed out some small errors in the paint that occurred at the factory in an area of the SUV that had not been hit. So, I guess you can say that they repaired to better than original quality. The owner (can't remember name) comes across as a good hardworking person, dedicated to doing a quality job. If you have hard to match paint, or difficult bodywork, they will do a good job.
