Carlos showed up half an hour late, no big deal.. what was a big deal is that after looking at the garbage disposal for a couple minutes he told me it was broken and needed to be replaced. He charges $200+ to replace it so I declined and he looked at some other appliances and charged me $45 for the service call, which I gladly paid. Two weeks later, while getting ready to replace the garbage disposal myself, I saw a reset button on the bottom and pushed it. The garbage disposal worked just great. I called to ask for a refund or at least an explanation and Carlos was exceedingly rude and blamed me for not pushing a button I didn't know existed. My opinion is he either is trying to rip people off by getting them to replace stuff that isn't broken or he is just exceedingly incompetent either way, stay away!
