Overall they did a wonderful job with my microbraids...I received so many compliments! But when I went in, I had the worst experience. They talked about their customers in their face but in French (I took french for 6yrs and I understood them) and if I didn't understand "braid lingo," I got fussed out. I put that behind me after I saw the quality of their work but it's hard to get a touch up. I came in 3 times and made an appointment over the phone...I even had them tell me to come in the next day because they were busy...but when I came in, they let someone take my appointment who was getting micros. So I went else where. If you don't mind all that, come here :-/.
