We've been seeing Dr. Agarwal for almost 5 years now. He is very sympathetic to children's needs and cautious with antibiotics. Both of my children love him! My son was tongue tied so we asked if my daughter was also. Both the hospital and a ENT specialist told us that she was not. Dr. Agarwal was able to explain to us that she was, but only in a way that would effect the ability to breastfeed. The cons for Dr. Agarwal are that he does not have extended hours or emergency sevice. His staff is nice but doesn't seem to have the knowledge that he does. Dr. Agarwal truly cares for children and takes the time you need. He explains what is going on and will expand if you ask questions.

My experience with Dr. Agarwal has been incredible. He is a very sensitive and caring physician, has put my mind to ease and helped navigate differences my husband and I had over vaccinations, co-sleeping, and breastfeeding. AFter meeting him in the hospital, I knew I wanted this man caring for my child. I suggested my friend visit him - she switched pediatricians on the spot. My only disappointment is wait times. His front desk lady isn't terribly honest about wait times, and twice we waited 45 minutes. He is worth the wait, but it's good to pack some extra things for baby.

i had just given birth the day before and i used the pediatrician that was on call at the hospital and it happend to be Dr. Agarwal. he was very rude to me and my mother by talking down to us, and unnecessarily rough with my newborn and has a terrible bedside manner, he never even made eye contact with me or shook my hand. after all of that, he left the door wide open when he left, so that everyone could see into our room.
