This has to be the biggest rip-off company ever. As stated by the previous reviewers, I didn't call them by choice. I was setup with these guys by my home warranty company: old republic. The problem I had was very minor, the run capacitor was bad. Keith the technician came out with his minion and switched the run cap for a higher rating one than what my compressor needed. This was causing the compressor to run for a minute and shut off by tripping the thermal relay inside. Keith told me that the compressor is bad and needs to be replaced. The compressor was just two months old and how the heck can it go bad when these things are made to last for 5 to 8 years!! I live in AZ and it is almost impossible to live without A/C during summer. This happened to me in the middle of the summer and these guys said that the turn around time to write a report to my home warranty and have the compressor fixed will be about 6-7 days. The temperature inside my house was at 95 degrees. It is inhumane to ask someone to live in such conditions and that too for a week. So I called out other reliable guys and they put the right capacitor in there and everything was back and running just fine. I have filed complaints with my home warranty company to reimburse whatever I paid and compensate for what me and family had to go thro'. BEWARE of these guys. Even if your home warranty company sets u up with these guys, ask them for someone else. PLEASE STAY AWAY AT ALL COST.

I didn't get these guys by choice, but were sent by American Home Shield. I had 2 units down and it was hotter than blazes!! It was over 91 in the house. This company is incompetent and did not fix a thing. They did try to sell me on a bunch of stuff I did not need, and lied about other stuff to the home warranty. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS

I contacted my home warranty company regarding concerns with my HVAC system. The technician arrived looked at my system told me it was undersized. He looked at my duct work told me it was crushed and obsolete. looked at the overall installation of the system and said it was all worng. Never turned the system on, nothing. Told me I needed a whole new system, duct work, etc. Quoted approx $13,000. Left with never even checking the system and charged me $60. Home warranty company sent another tech out from a new company. He inspected the system, found no issues with the duct work except age. Turned the sytem on found it to need 3lbs of freon, charged it, sealed some leaks and now everythings is fine! Do not use this company they lie to try any upsell!!

don't call them. You'll be up sold and not have the problem addressed that you called them out for to begin with! Three times they came out to fix a leak that was causing rust out of the secondary down the side of the house. They 'fixed' the problem so well we called back to have them come out again. Each time they tried to up sell us on additional unneeded service rather then making money fixing the problem. The fourth time we refused to allow them entry and called for a second opinion. (through a home warranty service) Results from the 'second opinion' showed the real problem, a cracked drain pan. They also lied to the warranty company to blame us for a 'dirty' system, but told us it was mechanical and a service could fix it. So if you like being lied to, blamed things on, wasting time and money then call them. But I'd choose to never hear of their name again. Try Consolidated Mechanical.

The repairman came out replaced the belt and didn't bother to tell us the bottom was rusted out, it cost us $1750.00 in damages to the ceiling with leaking water. When the manager was contacted he could have cared less!

I had Air Command come out twice because of a heater problem. Both times they misdiagnosed the problem and the problem persisted. Finally I called a different company (Magic Touch) and within a half hour they diagnosed the problem and it was fixed.

I called about my air conditioner problem. They made the appointment at my convenience. They were on time and friendly. They answered all of my questions. I recommend them. Thanks for the great job.
